Q: How do I place an order?
All you need to do now is browse our website. We have a whole variety of telekungs waiting for you. If you are looking for something specific, you may browse out telekungs according to collection, the type of material used, and also by price.
Once you have found the item you want,click on the ADD TO CART button.
You can either click on the ‘Continue shopping’ button or review the items in your cart by clicking on ‘View cart & checkout’.
If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. If you have a discount code you’d like to use, key it in the box provided before checking out.
You will be asked to chekout as a guest or register an account (optional). By registering an account, you are eligible to collect reward points and helps with easier chekout.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
For shipping to Malaysian addresses, orders are expected to arrive within 1-3 working days after payment is cleared. International orders will take longer depending on delivery times and customs.

Q: Do I need to register to shop?
Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have with us your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, and payment status. However, you may still checkout as a guest.

Login to your account and click on 'Account Maintenance'. You may then edit your account information and shipping address here.
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you forgot your password, just click the "Lost Password" button and fill in your email address that you used to register for the account. A verification email will be sent to you right away. If you still do not receive an email, write to email@example.com or call customer service at +603 6734 7075 and we will assist you promptly.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, but only if the status of the order is still "pending".
Please send an email to customer service email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
Orders that have been marked "processing" or "shipped" will not be cancelled.
